Any unauthorized use of the Application may result in suspension or termination of access.
Matching Puzzle is a casual sorting and matching puzzle game.
Players can organize virtual items, complete matching challenges, clear levels, earn rewards, and experience relaxing puzzle gameplay.
All content within the Application, including items, graphics, animations, levels, and game scenarios, is provided for entertainment purposes only.
The Application does not provide:
· Real-world shopping services;
· Real-world transactions;
· Social networking services;
· User-to-user trading services.
All items and rewards within the Application are virtual game content.
All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including but not limited to:
· Software code;
· Game mechanics;
· Level designs;
· Graphics;
· Animations;
· Audio;
· User interface;
· Logos;
· Trademarks;
· Branding materials;
are owned by or licensed to Match.
You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application or its content without prior written permission from the Service Provider.
By using the Application, you agree that you will:
· Use the Application only for lawful purposes;
· Follow these Terms and applicable laws;
· Not attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the Application;
· Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
· Not use cheats, automation tools, or unauthorized software;
· Not interfere with other users' experience.
The Application may provide optional in-app purchases, including:
· Virtual coins;
· Boosters;
· Extra game features;
· Premium content;
· Other digital items.
All virtual items and digital content:
· Have no real-world monetary value;
· Cannot be exchanged for real money;
· Cannot be transferred outside the Application;
· Are provided only for entertainment purposes.
Purchases are processed through the applicable platform provider, such as the Apple App Store.
All purchases are subject to the payment terms and policies of the applicable platform.
If the Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
· Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase;
· Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
· Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends;
· You may manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Application.
If you are below the required age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
The Service Provider does not knowingly allow children below the applicable age requirement to use the Application without appropriate consent.

The availability and performance of the Application may depend on:

The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Match, its affiliates, employees, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
· Your misuse of the Application;
· Your violation of these Terms;
· Your violation of applicable laws;
· Your infringement of third-party rights.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if:
· You violate these Terms;
· You engage in fraudulent activities;
· You attempt to harm the Application or other users;
· You violate applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately end.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective when published within the Application or through other appropriate methods.
